It was located in a quiet area right in the heart of the old town. Had an excellent stay in the winter time, the room was exceptionally clean and new-fashioned with a great balcony.

My winter stay at this place was lovely, with an amazing and fantastic setting just a short walk from the coastline and popular landmarks such as the Sea Gate and Cathedral.

The rooftop terrace was only accessible via a steep wooden ladder, which could be difficult for some guests, especially when carrying items. Car parking was also outside the gate and required a daily fee.

As for food for breakfast, it would be great to have more variety and options available.

I stayed at Sea Gate Studio in Zadar with my sister for 4 nights and we loved it! The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance and the beach just a 20-minute walk away. There were plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The flat was clean and the terrace was a lovely bonus. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the shower gel and makeup remover provided. Thank you, Branka!

The view from the terrace was amazing 😊. There's a great restaurant called Groppo nearby that you should check out. Plus, they offer free Wi-Fi!
